Born in Tours, cradled by the Loire,  raised between a barrel of Chinon wine  and local goat cheese, my childhood and my teeanage years were crossed by the stories of my globetrotting grandmother and my travelling father who made me discover the world.

But it was in Touraine, land of history, land blessed by the Gods and chosen by kings that I decided to stay, settle and work.

I will be happy to introduce you to my region which, I hope, will be a unique LOIRE VALLEY EXPERIENCE!
